General Terms and Conditions of Sale

“Seller” refers to SOLE S.R.L.; “website” refers to www.mastrolonardo.net; “customer” refers to the person making a purchase through the website.

A consumer is a natural person acting for purposes outside their business, commercial, craft, or professional activity.

Placing an order implies reading and accepting the terms applicable at the time of purchase. The customer may save or print a copy of these terms, without this constituting an obligation.

Any changes will be effective only for orders placed after their publication on the website.

The essential characteristics of the products are indicated in their respective product sheets. Images are for representative purposes: colors and details may appear slightly different depending on the screen used.

Availability is updated regularly, but a simultaneous sale of the last available item or an inventory error could occur.

If an ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be promptly informed, and any amount already paid will be refunded using the original payment method, at no additional cost.

To make a purchase, the customer selects the desired products, variants, and quantities, adds them to the cart, and proceeds by following the checkout instructions.

Before confirmation, it is possible to check and correct the entered data, delivery address, products, shipping costs, and the total amount.

The customer is required to provide truthful, complete, and updated information. It is not permitted to use personal data or payment instruments of third parties without authorization.

The order constitutes a purchase proposal. After submission, the customer receives an electronic notification containing a summary of the products, the amount, the payment method, and the delivery address.

The contract is considered concluded when the order is accepted by the Seller and the customer receives the relative confirmation, subject to successful payment and product availability.

The Seller may refuse or cancel an order for justified reasons, such as product unavailability, obvious pricing errors, non-payment, incomplete data, or a well-founded suspicion of fraudulent use. In such cases, any sums collected will be refunded.

The prices displayed on the website are in euros and, unless otherwise indicated, include applicable VAT. Shipping costs and any additional charges are shown before order confirmation.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, duties, import taxes, or customs charges may be required, payable by the recipient, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

Promotions, discount codes, and offers are valid within the indicated terms and, unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined.

In the event of a manifestly incorrect price, the Seller will inform the customer before shipment, allowing them to confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel it with a refund of the amounts paid.

The customer can use the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit or debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.

Electronic transactions are managed through secure systems of the respective providers. SOLE S.R.L. does not store or have access to full card data, such as numbers, security codes, or expiration dates.

For orders paid via bank transfer, preparation and shipping will take place after verification of the actual credit, unless otherwise notified.

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer via courier. Shipping costs and methods are shown at checkout.

Orders are generally prepared within two business days. The delivery times indicated on the website are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, the period, the courier, and circumstances beyond direct control.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and in any case within the deadline provided by applicable law.

For the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred at the moment they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without providing a reason, within 14 days from the date on which they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the products.

To communicate the withdrawal, you can send an explicit statement to info@mastrolonardo.net , indicating your name, order number, and the products to be returned.

After communicating the withdrawal, the consumer must return the goods within 14 days, following the instructions received from customer service.

Items may be tried on to the extent necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and fit. The consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from further handling.

Products must be returned complete with tags, labels, accessories, seals, and original packaging, where present. They must not appear washed, altered, damaged, or used beyond normal testing.

For orders over €49.00, return shipping is free in Italy by following the procedure indicated by customer service. In other cases and for returns from abroad, the conditions communicated on the dedicated page apply.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed, within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until proof of their shipment is provided, whichever is earlier.

In the event of withdrawal from the entire order, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded. Any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard one will not be refunded.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in cases provided by law, including clearly personalized products and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, if opened after delivery.

All products sold to consumers are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by the Consumer Code. For new goods, the Seller's liability lasts for two years from delivery.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to the remedies provided by law, according to the relative conditions: free repair or replacement, or, when the conditions are met, a proportional price reduction or termination of the contract.

To report a defective or non-conforming product, you can write to info@mastrolonardo.net , indicating the order number, a description of the problem, and, when useful, photographs of the product.

The legal warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, failure to follow care instructions, or interventions performed by the customer or unauthorized parties.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, in particular the delivery address, contact information, and information necessary for any tax documents.

Purchases can only be made by persons of legal age or otherwise possessing the capacity necessary to validly conclude the contract.

The customer is required to keep their account credentials safe, if created, and to promptly inform the Seller in case of unauthorized use.

It is not permitted to use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or contrary purposes to these terms.

The Seller is not responsible for delays or failures due to unforeseeable and reasonably uncontrollable events, such as natural disasters, fires, transport interruptions, government actions, conflicts, general strikes, or serious service unavailability.

In such situations, the Seller will inform the customer and take reasonable measures to limit the consequences. If performance becomes impossible, the sums related to the unperformed services will be refunded.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or rights that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The customer's personal data is processed in compliance with applicable law and as described in the Privacy Policy .

Trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, graphics, layouts, and other website content are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

It is not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use such content without prior authorization, except for uses permitted by law.

These terms and contracts concluded through the website are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the application of mandatory provisions that may be more favorable to the consumer under the law of the country where they habitually reside.

The customer can file a complaint by writing to info@mastrolonardo.net . The Seller will attempt to provide a response as soon as reasonably possible.

For disputes with a consumer, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer is competent, if located in Italy, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.

The consumer may also turn to alternative dispute resolution bodies recognized by law, if the conditions are met.
